Treasurer's Report:

The Audited financial reports were presented and stated that the audited accounts showed a balance of $1457.62 in the Club Service Account, $5233.52 in the Community Service Account and $2988.08 Youth Achievers Account.
Moved by Barry Swain and Seconded by Allan Short that the reports as presented be accepted. Carried unanimously.

The President handed the meeting over to Noel Ambler (President Elect) to conduct the Election of Officers.

Position of President Elect:
Nominations - Peter Crouch
Nominated by Noel Ambler and Seconded by Randal Dennings
There being no further nominations Peter Crouch is duly elected to this position.

The following nominations for the Board by Noel Ambler and Seconded by Alan Short were:

There being no further nominations the abovenamed people were duly elected to these positions by unanimous vote.
