The answer is now here.Lawyer will arrange for a letter of demand to be sent out on your behalf by a law firm at a fraction of the usual cost of a lawyers letter of demand. Debtors know that you are serious when the demand comes from a law firm.
A.Lawyer will also contact you by email after 14 days to ascertain if the debt has been paid. If not, we can instruct lawyers to issue the appropriate court process For a Set Price.

The price of each "Letter of Demand" will be AUD $43.00 (inc GST). For this price the Law Firm will post the demand to the debtor and cc it to the client at the postal address notified in the instructions. The letter head of the Law Firm will not contain its phone number but will provide the creditors number to ring in the event there are any queries in relation to the debt.

The process:
Client prepares a list of debtors
Client logs into Collect-a-Debt and enters each debtors details.
Client pays for resulting "Letters of Demand"
Client and debtor information forwarded to Law Firm who produce and sign the letters of demand and post these to the debtors with a cc to the client.
Debtors either choose to pay up or not. If not, the client can choose to take further steps to recover the debt.
